Is there a free trial?+
Yes — all plans include a 14-day free trial at General Availability. No credit card required.
Can I cancel at any time?+
Yes. There are no lock-in contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
What is the difference between Standard and Advanced?+
Standard covers translation, styling, Preference Centers and health monitoring. Advanced adds Smart Embed (automatic double opt-in or standard form by country) and Consent versions (a dated archive of the consent wording). Both plans come in the same sizes.
What counts as a form?+
Each Customer Insights form you add counts as one form. Preference Centers, event forms and double opt-in twin forms do not count towards your limit. The size of your plan sets how many forms you can have and how many languages each form can have.
Are there hidden fees?+
No. There are no setup fees and no fees per user — users are unlimited. Prices will be listed in full before any charges begin.
What happens after the free trial?+
You'll be notified before your trial ends. If you don't subscribe, access is restricted to your account settings only — your published forms stop serving. Data is retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted.
